I'm so on the ball with my meal plan this week, that I beat Organizing Junkie. But, in anticipation of Meal Plan Monday, I present my menu:
Monday:
Baked Oatmeal (breakfast! are you impressed? you should be!)
Crab Quiche (from a magazine; will post recipe later)
Tuesday:
Crockpot Lime-Cilantro Chicken (cookbook recipe)
Black Bean Quinoa Salad
Rice
Wednesday:
Hamburger Stroganoff
salad
Thursday:
Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli Rigatoni (using leftovers from Tuesday)
Friday:
Cream Cheese Burgers
cheese corn (I'm going to trying to make this in the crockpot...wish me luck)
Saturday:
Quinoa Casserole
Sunday:
Jerk Pork Chops
Garlic Mashed (these are a modified version of Tammy's, but I can't find a link right now)
